Sulsel Peringkat Teratas Pemetaan K-5 PAUD dan Dikmas

The Center for Development of Early Childhood Education and Community Education South Sulawesi (BP-PAUD and Dikmas Sulsel), was ranked as the top in the results of K-5 mapping conducted by the Directorate of Early Childhood Education and Community Education, Ministry of Education and Culture.

This was revealed in the presentation of the Director General of Early Childhood Education and Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, Harris Iskandar, after opening the Program Achievement Data Exposure Year 2018 and Strategic Planning 2020-2024 in Anging Mammiri Hall, BP-PAUD and Dikmas South Sulawesi, Monday (06/17/2019) evening.

The activity scheduled for three days (17-19/6/2019) was attended by the Head of BP-PAUD and Dikmas and Head of General Sub-division in the scope of the UPT of PAUD and Dikmas throughout Indonesia.

This K-5 assessment includes, Security, Order, Cleanliness, Beauty, and Tidiness at the Center for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Community Education throughout Indonesia.

Regarding the K-5 assessment, the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education and Community Education also received appreciation from the Minister of Education and Culture, when holding a inspection (sidak), on the first day of work after the Idul Fitri 1440 H/2019 M holiday, at the Directorate General of PAUD and Dikmas. Monday (10/6/2019).

At that time, Minister Muhadjir Effendy, conducted inspection and entered one by one in the work unit room at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education and Community Education. Starting from the Finance Section, Planning and Budget Section, General and Collaboration Section, to the Legal, Management and Personnel Section.

In the presentation of the Director General entitled The Importance of Data in Planning the Budget Program, it was also revealed data on the number of PAUD units that had been accredited until the end of 2018 had only reached 62,797 institutions or 27.06 percent of the 232,053 unit institutions recorded.

While other units that have been accredited in the same period are; LKP 16,926 units, PKBM 11.404 units, and SKB 410 pieces.

To the heads of the hall and subag, Harris Iskandar also reminded the importance of maintaining honesty in carrying out the tasks given by presenting God in every activity, as well as harmonizing words, actions, and behavior.

"Every employee must have integrity, be honest, and keep his heart in carrying out their duties and responsibilities," Harris Iskandar said.

The Director General also touched on the importance of cultivating a culture of shame in work. Embarrassed if you don't perform, embarrassed if you don't serve the community well, and are embarrassed if you fail to carry out their duties.

Another point submitted by the Director General is a matter of compliance with the rules and legislation.

"Be a useful person. Perform beneficial actions, love each other's work, and be responsible for carrying out their duties," Harris reminded.

After opening the activity, the ranks of the Director General were accompanied by the Director of PAUD Development, the Director of Course and Training Development, the Director of Equivalent Education, and the Director of Family Education Development to do halal bi halal with all participants.
